With the right itinerary, meeting attendees can easily take advantage of the incredible outdoor playground that is Resort at Squaw Creek’s backyard – Lake Tahoe, California. We’ve outlined an intense three days that will only have you wanting more.
After arriving at the Reno/Tahoe International Airport, where a VIP town car awaits to take you up to Resort at Squaw Creek, soak in the spectacular sight of Squaw Valley during a private bistro lunch while your luggage is delivered to your suite. Cheers your fellow meeting attendees with a specialty cocktail bar in the lobby before you head to Spa at Squaw Creek to unwind with one of our expert massage therapists or estheticians. That evening, dress the part for the Coachella themed welcome reception and dinner with festival-inspired décor and entertainment, plus a customized farm to table menu served community style.
Recover with an early morning fresh juice bar and Wanderlust Yoga class, taught by a certified Wanderlust Yoga teacher. Then head out for a big blue adventure on Lake Tahoe – choose from sailing, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, or a speedboat cruise. See for yourself how crystal clear the water is, and experience the immense view of the Tahoe Basin when seen from the vantage point of the lake.
Seeing Lake Tahoe's waters up close is a highlight of any trip to the area.
Freshen up in your suite before heading back out for a lakefront dinner at one of several area restaurants. A photo of your daytime adventure will be waiting for you in your room upon return.
Wake up with a morning Cross Fit workout class taught by certified local trainers, then head out for a day of team building at the Treetop Adventure Park with zip lining and a ropes course in the morning, and a mini Ironman competition in the afternoon to round out a full day of physical activity. In Tahoe’s high mountain air, don’t be surprised if even the most fit among you are winded by day’s end.
Return to Resort at Squaw Creek for a second themed party – this time with all the glamour of a Las Vegas casino in the 1970s. Sequins and aviator glasses, platform shoes and leisure suits – with décor and entertainment to match. Dance the night away under the disco ball.
Enjoy a farewell breakfast with a DIY Bloody Mary & Mimosa bar looking out on the massive peaks of Squaw Valley before you head back to the airport in a town car.
