These packages represent a sample of our offerings- our world-class culinary team and executive chef are more than happy to tailor a menu to your specific needs and budget. For instance, the following packages are based on plated evening meals, though buffet options, lunch and brunch packages, and cocktail reception menus are all available.
The Golden Aspen Package
- Four-hour hosted bar service, including premium liquors, beer, premium wines, premium sparkling wine, soft drinks, juices, bottled and sparkling waters
- Premium dinner wine service
- Four premium selection butler-passed hors d'oeuvres
- Plated appetizer course
- Salad course served with bread and butter
- Premium entrée or premium mixed grill entrée
- Wedding cake and service*
Emerald Package
- Three-hour hosted bar service, including call liquors, beer, select wines, sparkling wine, soft drinks, juices, bottled and mineral waters
- Four deluxe selection butler-passed hors d'oeuvres
- Select dinner wine service (maximum $30/bottle on catering wine list)
- Salad course served with rolls and butter
- Plated mixed grill entrée
- Wedding cake and service*
Palisades Package
- One-hour hosted bar service, including call liquors, beer, house wines, sparkling wine, soft drinks, juices, bottled and sparkling waters
- Four classic selection butler-passed hors d'oeuvres
- House dinner wine service
- Salad course served with rolls and butter
- Plated mixed grill entrée
- Wedding cake and service*
