Dining at Resort at Squaw Creek is an elegant and varied affair. The myriad North Lake Tahoe restaurants offer everything from casual patisserie breakfasts for guests-on-the-go to sumptuous five course dinners for families and friends reconnecting amidst the beauty of Lake Tahoe.
There are six on-site eateries at Resort at Squaw Creek, each with a different ambiance and menu. All of the restaurants offer exceptional service with unpretentious style. Our goal is to make you comfortable, to take care of you, and to ensure your dining experience is unrivaled in Lake Tahoe.
At all of our restaurants, you will find fresh ingredients - from the food to the cocktails, everything is made from scratch using seasonal fruits and vegetables. This includes all of our breads and pastries, which are baked from start to finish in our pastry kitchen. We do not use trans fats in any of our menu items.
Executive Chef Jason Friendy upholds the highest culinary standards in all of our kitchens, and expects creativity and attention to detail from all of his staff. He also strongly believes in sourcing local and regional ingredients whenever possible. The current menus include local eggs from Tahoe Food Hub, Northern California produce from Produce Plus, meats from The Sausage Factory in Carson City and Sierra Meats in Reno, chicken and lamb from Petaluma Poultry, jelly and honey from Steven's Farmhouse in Yuba City, as well as California produced cheeses including Shaft's Blue Cheese and Cowgirl Creamery cheeses. Our summer menus include even more locally and regionally sourced ingredients.
