Much of our restaurants' culinary success is thanks to Resort at Squaw Creek's Executive Chef Jacques Cornelis, who brings more than 40 years of U.S. and international experience to Resort at Squaw Creek.  Prior to joining our team, Jacques spent 21 years overseeing three resort properties for JC Resorts in Southern California. He began his career working in Belgium and France before becoming chef de cuisine for Le Cordon Bleu in Dania, Fla.
