(1) Full Time LINE COOK - 11.00/Hour. High school graduate or equivalent. Culinary School graduate or equivalent experience. Knowledge of food service required. 2 years fast pace line cook experience in fine dining establishment.

Five years culinary experience in a multi level hotel or conference center. 2 years supervisory experience required. Fast pace line cook experience in a fine dining establishment.

FRONT OFFICE

(4) Full Time FRONT DESK AGENT - 10.00/Hour. High school graduate or equivalent. Two years of college education preferred. Two years experience in the hospitality industry preferred. Excellent oral and communication skills required. Good computer skills are required. Pleasant telephone demeanor. Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner.

(1) Full Time FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR - 13.00/Hour. High school graduate or equivalent. Two years of college preferred. Two years experience in front desk or reservations. One year supervisory experience. Computer proficiency. Advanced knowledge of Front Office computer systems including the ability to solve basic system related problems.

(1) Full Time PBX OPERATOR - 9.00/Hour. High school graduate or equivalent. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work well with guests to resolve complaints in a positive manner. Typing skills of 30 words per minute. Previous PBX experience, preferably in a hotel. Ability to use radio communications and remain calm in emergency situations.

HOUSEKEEPING

(1) Full Time HOUSEPERSON - 8.00/Hour. Housekeeping experience desirable. Neat, pleasant personality. Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to read room numbers, dates and basic instructions.

(1) Full Time ROOM INSPECTOR - 10.00/Hour. High School Diploma/Certificate.  Previous hotel or related experience is necessary. English speaking is necessary. Bilingual in Spanish is helpful.  Ability to count, read and add basic numbers.  Understand the type of information that should not be shared with a guest. Able to arrange service times for guests who ask for a return visit. Know when to apply a sense of urgency.

LANDSCAPING

(1) Seasonal IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN  - 12.00-14.00/Hour. 3 years experience with Golf Maintenance. Enjoys working outdoors. Turf maintenance education preferred.

(3) Seasonal GREENSKEEPER II - 11.00/Hour Attention to detail. Solid work ethic. Will train on golf maintenance duties. Previous experience of golf course maintenance.

(1) Seasonal LANDSCAPER I - 9.00/Hour. High School Diploma or equivalent. Good English language skills.

(1)           Full Time ENGINEER I SPECIALIST (HVAC) - DOE High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, relating to their field of expertise. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Specific advanced experience in HVAC

Current license(s) and certificate(s) for massage therapy as required by the state, county, city/town. 500 Hours of Massage School Education and 1 year Spa experience Ability to work flexible schedules. Previous driving experience with good driving record. Ability to deal with difficult issues & think quickly on their feet when incidents arise. Ability to read maps. Knowledge of emergency procedures of the road. Ability to drive in diverse road conditions and chain vehicles in the event of a snowstorm.
