Resort at Squaw CreekTM is a true fitness hotel, thanks to our location in the heart of this Sierra Nevada outdoor playground. We also offer healthy indoor exercise options at our comprehensive Health and Fitness Center.
During your vacation or business trip, there's no reason to give up your workout routine. With an extensive array of cardio and weight-training equipment, our Health and Fitness Center makes it easy to stay in shape. Run on a treadmill, climb a stair stepper or ride a Lifecycle as you gaze out our picture windows at breathtaking views of the valley and the mountains. Then unwind in the steam room, sauna or whirlpool.
In addition to fitness equipment, Resort at Squaw Creek's Health and Fitness Center offers:

Note, please, that guests of Spa at Squaw Creek must be 18 years of age or older. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted in the locker room, spa or fitness center. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy.
