Champagne Easter Brunch at Resort at Squaw Creek

Olympic Valley, Calif. - The AAA Four-Diamond Resort at Squaw Creek, a Destination Resorts & Hotels-managed property, will offer a Champagne Easter Brunch on March 23 from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM in the Grand Sierra Ballroom.

Highlights of the brunch include a fresh fruit puree champagne bar, an assortment of eggs Benedict, and freshly-made, chef-prepared crepes Suzette. In addition, a cold buffet section will feature dishes such as smoked salmon salad with dill sabayon sauce and tomato-caper relish and curried shrimp salad with sprouts and Chinese peas. Hot brunch selections include roasted pork loin with apple cider and grainy mustard sauce, and roasted salmon with champagne sauce and fresh herbs. At the carving station, guests will be treated to roasted leg of lamb with thyme au jus. At the eggs Benedict station, featured items include tri-tip steak eggs Benedict with Bloody Mary sauce on polenta cake and turkey pastrami eggs Benedict with spinach and Roma tomatoes on an English muffin. This is merely a sample of the items featured on this year's vast Champagne Easter Brunch menu.

Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling 530.581.6686. Cost for the brunch is $48 for adult and $25 for children 12-and-under, plus tax and gratuity.
