‘Epicurean Tuesdays’ Offer Budget-Minded Gourmet at Six Peaks Grille

Olympic Valley, Calif. - Resort at Squaw Creek Six Peaks Grille is offering "Epicurean Tuesdays," featuring three-course gourmet dinners with a new menu every week.  Wine specials are available on Tuesdays too. 

"We understand the situation with locals and travelers these days, so we set out to create an affordable gourmet experience," said Jason Friendy, executive chef at Resort at Squaw Creek.  "'Epicurean Tuesdays' makes it a little easier on the budget to keep delicious food in your life - in one of Tahoe's most scenic dining settings."     

In addition to "Epicurean Tuesdays," Six Peaks Grille features a weekly Chef's Table on Friday and Saturday nights, offering a maximum of ten foodies the opportunity to spend the evening with Six Peaks Grille Chef de Cuisine Chad Shrewsbury and dine on a custom menu at an exclusive table.  Chef's Table dinners have recently been featured in Food Arts, Culinary Trends and Entrée magazines.  Every third Thursday of the month Resort at Squaw Creek presents Chef's Tastings, giving diners a chance to sample the resort's cuisine, often paired with wine, for only $15.  Themes for the Chef's Tastings change monthly, so call for details.  All proceeds from the Chef's Tasting events benefit the Tahoe Truckee Excellence in Education Foundation.
