Olympic Valley, Calif. – The Nordic Center at Lake Tahoe’s Resort at Squaw Creek™, with 18 kilometers of groomed terrain in scenic Squaw Valley, is offering an “early bird” 2011/2012 full-season pass price of $99. The pass is valid seven days a week throughout the season. Passes must be purchased by December 24, 2011; pass prices increase to $150 on December 25, 2011.
The Nordic Center offers groomed classic and skate terrain for all abilities. Also, Resort at Squaw Creek’s Nordic Center offers lessons as well as cross-country ski and snowshoe rentals. In addition to cross-country skiing, the meadow is the site of dog sled tours and horse-drawn sleigh rides and moonlight snowshoe tours throughout the winter months.
Children’s full-season passes for ages 15 years-of-age and younger are available for $65.
