Gourmet Valentine’s Dinner at Six Peaks Grille Pours on the Romance

Olympic Valley, Calif. – Chef Chad Shrewsbury at Tahoe’s Six Peaks Grille has been hard at work, creating a special gourmet Valentine’s dinner, which will be paired with wine for only $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity.  Available from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM on February 14, the prix fixe menu includes three courses:

Love at First Sight

Goat Cheese Mousse, Grapefruit, Crispy Shallots,

 Mustard Vinaigrette

Paired with Sterling, Sauvignon Blanc

 Pan Seared Muscovy Duck Breast

Potato Rosti, Wilted Arugula, Camembert Cream Sauce

 Paired with Rodney Strong, Cabernet Sauvignon

In addition to the dinner, AAA Four-Diamond Resort at Squaw Creek™ is offering an exclusive “Amore Under the Stars” ice skating session from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM with romantic music and hot cider for $25 per couple, including skate rentals.
