Lake Tahoe Resort Reaches Out To San Diegans With Value-laden 'Ski Getaway' Package
OLYMPIC VALLEY, Calif. - Getting from San Diego to Lake Tahoe just got a whole lot easier thanks to Southwest Airlines. In celebration of Southwest's soon-to-be-launched nonstop, daily jet service linking San Diego International Airport-Lindbergh Field (SAN) to Reno, Nev. The resort's "Tahoe Ski Getaway" three-day package, available March 11 (the first day of the new non-stop service) through May 10, features convenient ski-in/ski-out access to Squaw Valley USA (home of the 1960 Winter Olympics) plus the following:
