Lake Tahoe's Resort at Squaw Creek Delivers 'Summer Magical Memories'

Themed weekend events through August 30

Olympic Valley, Calif. - With the debut of Summer Magical Memories, new themed weekends taking place from July 10 through August 30 at AAA Four-Diamond Resort at Squaw Creek, North Lake Tahoe's most complete resort, a summer celebration similar to the annual Magical Memories festivities that take place every winter season has been created for summer guests. Capturing passions of all types of visitors, the events for Summer Magical Memories include fly fishing, kids' camps, spa health and wellness weekends with yoga classes and skin care clinics, golf clinics coordinated with the latest equipment demonstrations, and culinary weekends with classes and tastings to suit every summer taste. Events are open to guests staying at Resort at Squaw Creek.

All weekends kickoff with a reception on Friday evening, with events continuing through Sunday. A portion of the activities do have an associated fee, but many events are free. For activities that do have a fee, packages will be available online, along with a complete Summer Magical Memories events calendar, at http://www.visitsquawcreek.com/ beginning on June 1, 2009. Advance reservations are suggested since selected events have limited space.
