Resort at Squaw Creek™ Launches Photo Contest
One-Night Stay and Other Prizes Offered
Olympic Valley, Calif. – Resort at Squaw Creek™ is encouraging visitors to Lake Tahoe, and residents of the area, to take a creative spin on the theme of elements – land, water, air and fire -- and post images shot in the region to The Real Tahoe blog at www.visitsquawcreek.com. Each month from June through October, winning photos in each category will be eligible for monthly prize drawings like dinner for two at Sandy's Pub, or a free round of golf. A grand prize of a 1-night stay in a fireplace suite with breakfast for two in Six Peaks Grille will be awarded this fall.
“We have an abundance of photo opportunities here on property,” said Heimo Brandstatter, resort manager at Resort at Squaw Creek. “From the golf course to the fly-fishing center to the pool to our popular outdoor firepits, there are plenty of locations for artistic images to be taken. Add to that the surrounding Lake Tahoe area, and local ski resorts opening for the Fourth of July, and the possibilities are nearly endless.”
