Resort at Squaw Creek Releases Six Peaks Grille's Valentine's Day Menu

Olympic Valley, Calif. - Chef Chad Shrewsbury, head chef of Resort at Squaw Creek's Six Peaks Grille, has made his Valentine's Day menu public. Available only on Thursday, February 14, from 5 to 10 PM, this celebratory dinner is currently open for reservations, which are highly recommended.
Highlighting the fresh California ingredients of the restaurant, Chef Shrewsbury begins the meal with a first course of shrimp and smoked tomato bisque. The second course features a crab salad with seasonal greens, blood oranges, scallions and mosto lemon olive oil. For the main course, diners will have the option of petite filet mignon with bien tierra cheese and a raspberry demi-glaze served with garlic potatoes puree and a baby vegetable medley, or a salmon filet in a champagne sauce served with cherry risotto and vegetable medley. Strawberries Romanoff for dessert complete the meal.
