Six Peaks Grille Offers Earth Day and Easter Celebratory Meals
Special Activities for Kids on Easter
Olympic Valley, Calif. – Six Peaks Grille at Resort at Squaw Creek™ is celebrating Earth Day and Easter with two culinary specials.
The eco-conscious Earth Day dinner, which is available April 22 and 23, features a three-course dinner with a starter of vegan tomato soup, an entrée choice of naturally-raised Canadian Chinook salmon with truffle butter, quinoa and broccolini, or Mushroom Napoleon with ramesco sauce, and is rounded out with sorbet with fresh berries for dessert. The Earth Day dinner runs $40 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. For anyone seeking an Earth Day-themed dinner and show option, the Tahoe Truckee Earth Day presents the Wild & Scenic Film Festival at Resort at Squaw Creek on April 22 at 7:00 PM. Tickets for the film festival are available at New Moon Natural Foods in Truckee and Tahoe City.
On Easter, April 24, Six Peaks Grille offers a brunch buffet from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, featuring a wide variety of items including smoked Atlantic salmon, eggs Benedict, sausage, bacon, French toast, and a carving station with smoked ham, along with made-to-order egg station. Other items include fresh seasonal fruits, seafood pasta and dessert choices including bread pudding and ice cream. Coffee and juice are included as well. The Easter Brunch Buffet runs $32 for adults, $16 for children ages 4-12, and is free for ages 3 and under. Prices do not include tax and 18-percent gratuity. An Easter egg hunt and scavenger hunt will be offered to children attending the brunch.
