'Storm Total' Discount Offered at North Lake Tahoe Resort

OLYMPIC VALLEY, Calif. - Resort at Squaw Creek, a AAA Four-Diamond Destination Hotels & Resorts-managed property offering ski-in-ski out access to Squaw Valley USA, received 30" of snow from the most recent storm to pummel the region. To celebrate the snowfall, in accordance with Mother Nature's prodigious output, Resort at Squaw Creek is offering 30%-off all stays from January 4 through February 12, 2009. Reservations must be made by January 6, 2009 to receive this discount.
"We're certainly happy to see the snow," said Richard McLennan, general manager at Resort at Squaw Creek. "The Lake Tahoe-area can accumulate snow in a hurry, and we're seeing proof of that outside our windows today. We decided to share the joys of our new powder with a special offer." Last winter, Squaw Valley USA received seventeen feet of snow in the month of January alone.
