Summer Camp for Companies Introduced at Resort at Squaw Creek

Olympic Valley, Calif. - The Lake Tahoe region's AAA Four-Diamond Resort at Squaw Creek, a Destination Hotels & Resorts-managed property, is offering a new Summer Camp program geared toward companies wanting to enrich their employee outings with a memorable recreational and culinary adventure. Billed as the "ultimate company party," Summer Camp can be configured with a variety of activities, from specific team-building exercises to spa treatments to gourmet alfresco lunches or dinners to outdoor recreational pursuits, such as fly fishing clinics, guided hikes, golf tournaments, sailing, boating, kayaking and river trips. For midweek (Sunday-Thursday) Summer Camp events booked by October 1, 2008, companies and groups will receive 20%-off spa treatments and selected recreational activities, including golf.

For companies or organizations looking to blend work with pleasure, Resort at Squaw Creek offers 33,000 square feet of state-of-the-art indoor meeting space, along with 14,750 of outdoor meeting space.
"Our outdoor deck locations are popular places for functions," said Brandstatter. "And our chefs always go out of their way to create fresh, innovative cuisine for meals served outdoors or in."
Resort at Squaw Creek offers transportation services, which can be arranged for groups from a business location, or to and from Reno-Tahoe International Airport. Preferred guest room rates are available to parties of 10 or more.
