‘Three Course-Thursdays’ Dinners Returns to Six Peaks Grille
Portion of Proceeds Benefit Tahoe Forest Cancer Center
Olympic Valley, Calif. – Resort at Squaw Creek’s “Three-Course Thursdays,” featuring three-course gourmet dinners with a new menu every week, have returned to Six Peaks Grille for the summer season. Featuring a three-course prix-fixe menu, the dinner is available every Thursday through September 8 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM for $36, excluding tax and gratuity. Wine specials are available too.
Six Peaks Grille’s Chef de Cuisine Chad Shrewsbury, who has been featured in Food Arts, Culinary Trends and Entrée magazines, as well as on KCRA-3 television, utilizes farm fresh and organic ingredients sourced from California to create innovative dishes. In addition to the special value of the meal, Resort at Squaw Creek donates $2 from each “Three-Course Thursdays” dinner to the Tahoe Forest Cancer Center in Truckee.
