Dine on innovative dishes prepared with distinct local ingredients. Resort at Squaw Creek Executive Chef Tim Hmay and Six Peaks Grille Chef de Cuisine Charlie Trexel source sustainable seafood, meats, and produce and they feature produce and herbs from Resort at Squaw Creek's on-site hydroponic garden in all of their fare. Our current menu includes produce from Rooftop Roots, our garden; meats from The Sausage Factory in Carson City and Sierra Meats in Reno, chicken and lamb from Petaluma Poultry in Sonoma County, and local cheeses.
During summer months, dine al fresco on Six Peak's outdoor deck, overlooking the mountains of Squaw Valley. Indoors, floor-to-ceiling windows reveal Squaw Creek's meadow and a stone fireplace creates a cozy ambience year-round.
Six Peaks Grille is known for signature "Garden to Glass" cocktails, martinis, and offers an extensive wine list.
